1. Rental Requirements: Renters must be 21 years of age or older, possess a valid driver's license, and present a major credit card or cash deposit to secure the rental.

2. Rental Duration: Rentals are available for a minimum of 24 hours, with hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly rental options available.

3. Rental Rates: Rental rates are based on the type of vehicle, rental duration, and location, and are subject to change based on demand and availability.

4. Payment: A credit card is required to secure the rental and must be presented at the time of pick-up. Cash payments are also accepted but require an additional deposit.

5. Insurance: All rentals include liability insurance coverage as required by law, and additional insurance options are available for purchase.

6. Fuel: Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank to avoid additional charges.

7. Maintenance and Repairs: Vehicles are regularly maintained and inspected to ensure safety and reliability. Renters are responsible for reporting any issues or damage to the vehicle during the rental period, and any necessary repairs will be made at the renter's expense.

8. Return Policy: Vehicles must be returned to the designated rental location at the agreed-upon date and time. Late returns may incur additional charges.

9. Cancellation Policy: Reservations may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

10. Additional Drivers: Additional drivers are allowed for an additional fee, and must meet the same rental requirements as the primary driver.

11. One-Way Rentals: One-way rentals may be available for an additional fee, allowing renters to drop off the vehicle at a different location from where they picked it up.

12. Mileage Limits: Some rentals may come with mileage limits, and additional fees may apply for exceeding those limits.

13. Smoking and Pet Policies: Smoking and/or pets may be prohibited in rental vehicles, and additional cleaning fees may be charged if these policies are violated.

14. Geographical Restrictions: Some rental agreements may have geographical restrictions, such as restrictions on crossing state or national borders, or limits on where the vehicle can be driven.

15. Toll and Parking Fees: Renters are responsible for any tolls or parking fees incurred during the rental period.

16. Late Fees: Renters may be subject to additional fees if the vehicle is returned late or outside of regular business hours.

17. Vehicle Upgrades: Renters may have the option to upgrade to a higher class of vehicle for an additional fee.

18. Roadside Assistance: Most rental agreements include 24/7 roadside assistance to provide support in the event of a breakdown, accident, or other emergency.
